How
do you ship orders?
All orders are normally shipped via UPS
GROUND, fully insured. At your request, we can ship UPS
RED (next day), UPS BLUE (2nd day), UPS ORANGE (3rd day).
Shipping charges are based on actual freight charges, plus
insurance at $.35 per $100 of product value. We will always
attempt to reduce the number of packages being shipped
in order to minimize the cost to you.
What
is your Warranty and Return Policy?
Return Authorization numbers are required
on all returned items purchased with 30 days. Any items
over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacture
for repair if defective. New returns over 30 days are non
returnable. All returned units Must be Complete and in
Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either
Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the
appropriate Manufacturer.
How
do I obtain an RMA number?
Send an email to returns@fish-finder-store.com containing
your name, address, phone number, description of item
and reason
for return.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can
be cancelled anytime prior to being shipped. However,
normal shipping is within 24 hours of being placed.
